Store Hours
Our facility for production of Glow Weapons is not open to the public. But our office can reached via the Contact Us form on this website, or by calling 217-636-4354. Our hours of operation are 9am to 9pm, Monday thru Saturday, central time. If we are unavailable during those times, or you are calling after hours, please leave us a message and we'll call you back within the next day.

Returns Policy
Generally, we do not accept any returns unless it is a factory defect, in which case many times the problem can often be fixed easily over the phone or can be sent back to us and replaced free of charge. You cannot cancel any Special Orders or Pre Orders once they have been placed. We reserve the right to cancel your order and fully refund you the paid amount for any reason. If we receive any deliberately fraudulent credit card chargebacks, you will be charged a $25 chargeback fee if you have received the item, much like a returned check fee. Due to the fact that our Glow Weapons are an item that will likely be strongly abused under martial arts conditions, we cannot accept returns on items other than factory defects. Factory defects include items that are dead on arrival, broken, or incomplete, though this rarely ever happens. If you are hosting Glow Weapons seminars, and after the seminar you decide you didnt like them, we do not offer refunds or returns on the products. It is up to you as a retailer to evaluate the quality of products before selling them. Having said that, we know you will be 100 percent happy with our products, and so will your customers or students! There are simply retailers out there that are never happy with anything.

Warranties
We offer a 30-day warranty on all Pearcy brand products! This includes our glowing weapons line and board holders. For exchanges of any product, you must still pay return shipping for the item should there be a problem. If you have problems with any "Pearcy" brand of product, we will likely send you a replacement without requiring returning of the original defective product. Warranties are only honored if you have not altered the item in any way. All other items that we carry do not have warranties. This does not mean they are not good quality products, they are excellent! We simply are not offered a warranty with these items from the manufacturing company, so we are unable to pass along a warranty.

Shipping
Larger or heavier packages are usually sent UPS ground. All smaller and lighter items will be sent 2-day USPS from our location to you. Special order and pre-order items will be sent as soon as they arrive to our location. If we receive your order by 3pm Central Time, your order will go out that day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following morning. We take pride in our quick order processing and shipping! If you are in Hawaii or Alaska, shipping time is about 3 days. We also ship internationally, so contact us if you’d like to place an order from outside of the USA.

Ordering Options
In addition to being able to place orders online, we can also accept orders over the phone for those who do not wish to use a credit/debit card online or do not have a paypal account. You can also call us to place an order if you are having difficulties with placing an online order to place it over the phone instead. You can reach us at 217-636-4354. If special arrangements are made, we can also accept a money order as well. This process takes longer and we do not guarantee that the item will still be in stock by the time the money order arrives, and this may delay your order, but we do provide the option for those of you who do not have paypal or credit cards. If you are martial arts school owner and would like to purchase wholesale from us, please Email us with your information. Please note that the prices that you see currently are NOT wholesale pricing, these are retail prices only. To get your wholesale accoutn set up, all we need is your name, school name, shipping address, phone number, and email address. We will then setup your online wholesale account. Once you login with this account, you will then be seeing wholesale pricing and can buy directly from us online 24 hours a day!

About the Glow Juice
A Glow Stick or Necklace is a piece of plastic tubing, which is hollow, in which a special GLOWING liquid is sealed inside. The glow will last from 4-10 hours depending on the color. They have been around for years although you usually see them at the large Theme Parks. Disney World sells lots of them. So what causes the Necklaces to glow? The secret is in the liquid, nick-named Glow Juice. One of the chemistry experiments your science teacher might have had you do consisted of pouring two clear liquids together. The combined mixture turned red! Glow Juice works the same way, when you mix two liquids together the combination makes a SAFE luminescent glow. Is the liquid safe? Our Glow Juice is non-toxic and does not violate any patent. It is not meant for children under 5 years of age. The liquid should NOT be removed from the tubing since it may stain clothing and furniture. If you get it in your eyes it will sting, similar to the feeling of having soap in your eyes. Have the person flush water in their eyes repeatedly. If the stinging sensation continues the person should see a physician. Also pleast note that we are not the manufacturer of these Glow Sticks, we only use them in our products. So how do they work? The glow sticks are manufactured keeping the two chemicals separated within the plastic tubing. One chemical is in a glass ampule inside the tube and the second chemical surrounds it, which is also inside the tube. Since they have not yet mixed, they are not glowing. To activate the glow, just bend the necklace or stick a couple of times and shake or spin it around. This causes the two liquids to mix.
